What is the process of nitrogen production?

The production process by the nitrogen generator is based on a technology called PSA (Pressure Swing Adsorption). The screw compressor generates compressed air.The air is subjected to a filtration process to remove impurities such as dust, oils and particles. Filtration is important to protect the generator from damage and ensure the quality of the nitrogen produced. The PSA process involves the use of special sorbents (adsorbents) that selectively absorb oxygen from the air, leaving pure nitrogen. In the case of PSA, oxygen that has been absorbed by the sorbent is released After the adsorption process is complete. Pure nitrogen is collected and stored in a tank or tubing.
