The dust collector is used to collect dust and airborne particles. It can be used both to solve the problem of air pollution and as part of the production process, providing efficient, continuous dust collection online. A key part of the dust collector is the filter element, which ensures that clean air is returned to the factory environment.

During operation, contaminated air enters the dust collector through the inlet and passes through the filter element, on whose surface dust settles. The filtered air flows through the interior of the filter into the clean air chamber and is discharged through the outlet back into the environment. To ensure optimum performance of the dust collector, the filter elements must be cleaned regularly and automatically. During this process, a timer activates an electro-valve that actuates the corresponding diaphragm valve. It sends a pulse of compressed air through the filter, which removes accumulated dust from its outer surface. The dust falls into the collection system through a hopper.
