- We described the construction of the device and its functions,
- We presented technical data and explained health and safety rules,
- We conducted cleaning demonstrations on various materials,
- we tested the device on: stainless steel, acid-resistant steel, carbon steel, aluminum; we removed bituminous mass / paint (chassis), special grease (food industry),
- we answered customer questions, including about spare parts from store.weni.eu
We tested various thicknesses of stainless steel, and the 3-in-1 welder was perfectly up to the task. We demonstrated wireless welding and lint welding techniques. Experienced welders had the opportunity to independently assess the impact of parameters on weld quality. After adjusting the parameters accordingly, they were satisfied with the results.
Carrying out the cutting demonstration (torch function) went smoothly (interesting fact: we got through 3-4mm materials put together). For the last company, a wire was rearmed for aluminum, since the client's production is mainly based on welding and boat construction from this material. The welder representing the client worked on aluminum from 1mm to 4mm thick. Even with the large thickness of the material, the welds came out satisfactorily. We count the tests as successful.
